NO QUIBBLE RETURNS POLICY

Goods may be returned up to 30 days from the delivery date.
Returned goods must be in resaleable condition, in their original packaging with the security tag and labels still attached. Your credit card will be refunded once we recieve and check the goods.

Pierced earrings can not be returned due to Health & Safety issues, this also includes jewellery sets with pierced earrings as they are a set and can not be seperated. These products can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights.

Returning your unwanted item is easy - return within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Returned items are fully insured & trackable.

All card transactions are made directly through Worldpay which is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland. Your details are entered onto a secure form which only the bank can access.

All card refunds are made through WorldPay who ensure the correct card is credited.

No one at josee can access your card details.
