These are the terms and conditions.

NO QUIBBLE RETURNS POLICY

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel your order for up to 30 days from receiving our order confirmation email. If the goods have not been dispatched we will immediately make a repayment to your credit card. You can cancel an order by emailing sales@josee.co.uk or calling us on +44 (0)1803 290032.

RETURNING AN ITEM

Goods may be returned up to 30 days from the delivery date.

Please note: The returned goods must be in perfect resaleable condition, in their original packaging and with the security tag and labels still attached. Your credit card will be refunded once we recieved and checked the goods.

If you are returning an item because of an error made on our part or due to a defect we will refund the delivery charges incurred.

If the fault is not ours you will be responsible for delivery charges.

To return an item, send the goods to the address below quoting your order number and reason for cancellation. For your protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service.

CREDIT CARD SECURITY

All card transactions are made directly through Worldpay which is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland. Your details are entered onto a secure form which only the bank can access.

All card refunds are made through WorldPay who ensure the correct card is credited.

No one at josee can access your card details.

Please note a signature is required for all deliveries.

Options for UK Delivery:

Free  Delivery for orders over £15.00.  Recorded Delivery approx 2-3 days is used for this service.

Recorded Delivery approx 2-3 days £1.99

Worldwide Delivery £7.99 - Delivery 5-10 Working Days

Orders received by 12am are dispatched the same day.

All items are fully insured by us up to the point of delivery

Please note that unless otherwise stated the use of words GOLD or SILVER refers to the COLOUR of an item and NOT the metal.

All jewellery items with the exception of tiaras are delivered in black presentation boxes.
