NO QUIBBLE RETURNS POLICY

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you can cancel your order for up to 30 days from receiving our order confirmation email. If the goods have not been dispatched we will immediately make a repayment to your credit card. You can cancel an order by emailing sales@josee.co.uk or calling us on +44 (0)1803 290032.

RETURNING AN ITEM

Goods may be returned up to 30 days from the delivery date.

Please note: The returned goods must be in perfect resaleable condition, in their original packaging and with the security tag and labels still attached. Your credit card will be refunded once we recieved and checked the goods.

If you are returning an item because of an error made on our part or due to a defect we will refund the delivery charges incurred.

If the fault is not ours you will be responsible for delivery charges.

To return an item, send the goods to the address below quoting your order number and reason for cancellation. For your protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service.
